Responsible for maximizing the occupancy and the average daily rate of the hotel, while upholding excellent guest service and accommodations to all guests
Manages existing relationships and new business revenue growth by prospecting, negotiating and closing business to achieve and exceed revenue goals for the Innotality.
Solicits of group business through inquiries, email, in-person sales calls and telemarketing. Identify new potential accounts/clients through market research
Negotiates and closes business contracts in accordance with established booking parameters to capture group business
Formulates quarterly/annual goals and strategies, including travel schedule, tradeshow attendance and assist in creating marketing programs to improve room sales to target soft and off peak periods
Organizes and executes in sales calls, tradeshows, client entertainment under the approval of the VP of Sales and Marketing to enhance business relationships and development
Interacts with all hotel departments to effectively communicate customer needs and operational details
Spearheads partnership marketing programs with appropriate business and industry partners with a view to advance brand awareness and equity of Innotality.
Analyzes the Brand health survey and/ or any other research results and use insights to improve on brand marketing plans and executions.
Ensures seamless integration of all Innotality campaigns and stakeholders in accordance to the overall direction of the company
Supervises the coordinating and executing of e-marketing, e-commerce and e-data warehousing
Constantly guides and develops junior colleagues and prepare them for future growth within the company
Sets up limits of Authority to the personnel in the department to recognize the scope of responsibility, control the creation of unauthorized or unintended liabilities, and maintain the orderly conduct of the company business affairs.
University graduate in Marketing discipline or equivalent education
Minimum 8 years experience in marketing with sales/hospitality experience
Proven track records of over 5 years in brand management and operational marketing experience within the hospitality and consumer products industry, with at least 3 years in management position.
Proven track records of multiple-stakeholder partnerships and marketing programs with business and industry partners.
