Based in Beijing, you will lead your team in managing multiple and complex corporate and retail interior projects.
You are expected to master all phases of work including budgeting, scheduling, design, planning and documentation. Ability to manage both your team and other stakeholders is crucial.
The management of existing client relationship while building and forging strong and lasting relationships will also be a key element to the role. It is therefore essential that you are strong in communication, presentation and liaison skills.
You will need to think on your feet and make quick decisions under pressure.
You are required to have over 10 years of interior design experience ideally covering China projects.
