My client is one of the largest business and professional services firm. With massive growth in APAC region, they are looking to hire a APAC Sales Operations Director to be based in Singapore.About the Role
Reporting to APAC Sales Head, the Sales Operations Director would be responsible for effective management of resources to ensure quality, consistency and excellence in Service. The mandate would be to provide sound foundation of strategy, programs and operational support.
- Development of strategy and communication within sales teams.
- Management of all Sales Operations functions such as Lead Referrals, Sales Web Page, RFI Sharepoint, Client Reference Program and Sales Admin Support.
- Validation of sales reporting including, in country, multinational and global view sales, reconciling each of the different views to have accurate detailed reporting.
- Work in collaboration with Country Sales Managers, to simplify critical data elements used to manage performance and results.
- Identify, develop and deploy critical processes and enhancements within CRM to better enable the field, and enable critical KPI and Analytics reporting.
- Process and Systems designing, improving and supporting sales processes.
