Job Description
-Total responsibility is to ensure the efficient and cost effective under the direction of the department business plan that the job holder successfully achieve the operational targets for all warehouse activities, co-ordination these activities across all departments where their input assists in the achievement of the targets
-To ensure the agreed business plan is successfully achieved by monitoring and improving operational targets and Customer Service Level agreements
-To be a key player of operational development including process, equipment and people development
-To ensure KPI data is captured, analyzed and reported to Site Manager in a timely manner.
-Manage the day-to-day activities of the operational process and assure that safety and best practices are maximized.
-To ensure the accuracy of product handling and data through the warehouse system and management i.e. receiving, put-away, picking, dispatch, cycle count, stock checks, stock takes and stock reconciliation.
-To implement and maintain the Safety, ISO standard according to Logistics dept./Schenker policy and customer requirements. Also leads the warehouse operation team to correct and prevent any issues in warehouse process, ISO compliance and other related
-To ensure the accurate and reliable of WMS and linking by working with IT system & BD teams.
-To contribute to cost reduction by finding new way of operating in more efficient way.
Job Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree or higher in business administration, engineering, or logistics management.
- At least 3 years working experience in related position
-Experienced in warehousing, inventory, and/or transport management is required
-Excellent customer interface experience and problem solving skill
-Extensive skill in Microsoft Office
Good command of English and computer literature.
