Job Description

  • Develop training activities that support training strategies and plans

  • Work as the trainer to design and conduct training on Leadership and Professional skills

  • Manage and monitor training administrative, logistics, and budget

  • Coordinate with related functions to provide suitable training programs based on their requirements

  • Work as a learning consultant to provide guidance to employees on Learning & Development

  • Work with functional trainers to ensure their training courses are in line with the companyís guideline and policies

Job Requirements

  • At least Bachelor Degree in related fields

  • At least 10 years related experience in Training & Development

  • Being an interactive trainer

  • Excellent communication in both Thai & English

  • Good presentation and facilitation skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills and Leadership skills

  • Knowledge of training management
