Develop / maintain a territory plan and call plan.
Develop / maintain account plans (including customer profiles) for the top focus accounts.
Continually review account activity across the territory and modify own activity accordingly – e.g.: modify call plans, review list of top 20 focus accounts, and refer leads to the Branch.
Work with Branches to capitalise on sales and margin opportunities – e.g.: review target accounts, identify prospects, identify an internal contact for accounts, address service issues, etc.
Develop / maintain relationships with key accounts and maintain effective communication with the Sales and Commercial Teams.
Present / reinforce the Company values in propositions with accounts.
Uphold the Sales Force Standards.
Maintain industry, market and product knowledge and use to capitalize on sales and margin opportunities.
Bachelor degree in Business Administration will be an advantage.
Minimum 3 years of sales experience in industrial products to both end user and distributors is preferable.
Good communication Skills – including strong English both verbal and written.
Excellent negotiation / influencing skills.
Strong relationship building / presentation and selling skills.
