Job Description

  • Ensuring that the day to day HRM/ HRD operations and tasks such as recruitment, training and development, employee relations, performance management, payroll, and employee benefits run smoothly and efficiently.

  • Working closely with line managers to identify training needs, recruitment requirement and evaluating the effectiveness of training and recruitment process within the organization.

  • Providing support for annual performance and salary reviews, bonuses and other corporate compensation and benefit program roll outs.

  • Managing employee relations and staff welfare issues.

  • Managing and coaching subordinates and ensuring that subordinates are properly trained and motivated and are provided scope for career development.

  • Overseeing overall HR function of 12 branches in South area.

Job Requirements

  • Male/female, age between 35-45 years old.

  • Minimum of 8 years experience in handling a full set of human resource functions.

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Psychology or a related field.

  • Strong knowledge of labour laws and other related laws.

  • Good background in HRM/HRD practices such as recruitment, training, compensation and benefits and performance management.

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills along with problem solving skills.
