Coordinate with US investment banking team on institutional investor on-boarding and private placement investing
Scale and optimize on-boarding process to identify, profile, qualify, and raise capital from institutional investors for private placements in Asia Pacific
Execute go-to-market via in-depth understanding of customer needs and private placement investment landscape
Establish and expand profitable client relationships with key institutional investors
Lead, motivate and train sales team to achieve on-boarding and investment targets
Assist in coordinating research and market reports to promote and raise investor awareness
Comply with required regulatory standards such as KYC/AML etc.
Minimum 8 years professional experience with at least 5 years track record in institutional equity sales, private equity, investment banking or other related fields
Demonstrated successful track record in on-boarding sophisticated institutional clients at a senior management level and raising capital
Strong client connectivity in Singapore and the Asia Pacific region
Sales driven mentality with a strong business development acumen
Excellent Communication, interpersonal and influencing skills. Public speaking experience is a plus
