? Define and build Partnership Programs in line with the Group guidelines ? Propose new added value services and launch piots after getting the validation ? Coordinate to implement Added Value Services with internal and external resources/experts ? Adapt and update the standard operation procedure following the Group guidlines ? Ensure the quality and consistency implementation of the Partnership programs ? Coordinate between business lines for the content, service quality, brand standard and pricing to partners ? Analyze and ensure the performance and competitiveness of the Partnership Program ? Propose and manage the Partnership Program budget ? Support to prepare the offer for the customer business development program ? Prepare the distribution approach annual plan ? Present and format the plan to the regional headquarter ? Analyze the standard tools for distribution approach (sell in/sell out card, WAC)
Diploma: Bachelor degree in Business Administration/ Foreign Trade/Commercial Management Experience: > 5 years experience in Sales/Marketing AND distribution channel management Languages: Vietnamese native and English Fluent ? Previous experience in consumer goods, durable goods, lubricating oil or paint industry is preferable ? Strong project management and planning skills ? Excellent Communication and Presentation skills ? Excellent organization and problem solving skills ? Good at research and analysis skill ? Good interpersonal skills and team work ? Able to travel for work, working outside standard working hours including weekend
