Report to General Manager, this position will be responsible for managing the Hotel’s reactive, proactive, sales and marketing.
Provide day to day leadership to sales, revenue and marketing team members to achieve hotel revenue objective.
Implement the hotel brand strategy and applicable brand initiatives in all aspects of the sales and marketing process and focuses on building long term, value – based customer relationships that enable achievement of hotel’s top line revenue objectives.
Develop relationships with new marketing and distribution partners and platforms, while strengthening and optimizing current relationships.
Manage digital contents for hotel and the marketing budget to enable development of hotel specific campaigns, promotions and collateral to drive revenue and meet hotel objectives.
Level of Education: Bachelor / Licence Areas of study: Sales Professional experiences: 6 to 10 years Languages essential: English
Minimum of 6 year experience in luxury environment
Strong knowledge and affiliation of Korean, other International Markets as well as Domestic Market
Proof of previous sales success in Asia.
Excellent business acumen with marketing experience.
Proven leadership ability to influence, develop and empower team members to achieve objectives with an engaging team approach.
Financial management and strategic planning skills
Excellent English is a must. Knowledge of Korean will be a plus point.
