Provide Training, implementation of businesses and auditing all dealer processes.
Responsible for Dealer, Customer and Sales Satisfaction in the Area.
Coordination with other departments to ensure daily operations are managed smoothly.
Understand customer needs and developing potential customers (fleet and retail).
Maintaining relationships with final customers.
Keep abreast of market developments, competitor activities and provide feedback to management.
Bachelor Degree in related filed
Wide network in Automotive and Dealers
Minimum 2-7 years working experience in handling Channel Sales / Dealer Network Management; Retail Sales and Fleet Management exposure would be an added advantage.
Target oriented with self motivated
Good command of English both written and spoken
Good communication skills with good interpersonal skills
Able to drive with a driving license
